ABOUT
THE SAMUELSTYPE FAMILY is the font portfolio of Samuelstype Design, an independent type design company run from Stockholm, Sweden by Hans Samuelson.
Originally a calligrapher and trained as a graphic designer, Hans Samuelson began drawing fonts in the early 90s, i.e. when font design software became accessible to the general public. Through his situation as a co-owner of a major design studio, many of Hans Samuelsons type designs found their way into current projects.

NEW for 2009 were Henrietta and Orlando.
Released in 2011 were Maya Pro and Orlando Pro. Both with considerable opentype extensions added.
The newest addition (yet to be released) is Lucy, a font developed specifically for an application interface.
Still to come in 2012 is a revision and an extension of Rebecca (see below). The new Rebecca will consist of a Sans, a Serif and a Soft cut in light, regular and bold.
